As part of your rental fee, tables and chairs are provided for your event. We have ten round 48# tables, six rectangle 8 ft x 30” tables, and 90 folding chairs. You are responsible for linens/decorations and the set-up/tear-down of tables/chairs.
Please take care of the custom cork flooring found throughout the Centre. Don’t drag tables and chairs – carry and set them to avoid scratches and dents to the floor. You are responsible for all damages done to the Centre during your visit.
You may set up the tables/chairs anyway you like, but often people ask the best way to arrange furniture in the Garden Room. Below are a few options. Click on each image to enlarge.
